Video Splash Page: Fahrenheit Media Group

As part of our on going work and branding of Fahrenheit Media Group we were asked to put together a 30 second introductory video.  This video can be viewed on this site HERE.

The next phase was to get the video loaded on the site.  We came up with a unique cookie based splash page design that shows the splash page to a visitor when they visit ANY page on the site.  When they click enter a cookie is stored on their computer and they are no longer shown the video…that is until the next day when the cookie has expired and it shows you the intro video again.  We love the way this works as it ensures that the Splash page is seen by a lot more people due to it not just being shown when you go to the homepage.  It is also cool that once clicked you are free to go around the site that day without seeing it again but if you come back tomorrow you will be shown the video again.

As it was a Splash page we needed to design something unique and futuristic looking to continue the them of “The Future of Music.”  The image shown below demonstrates the final page design.
