New Everything: Bleed Electric

When we say everything we mean it.  As Chris Maguire is personally a member of Bleed Electric (MUG5) these guys get the benefit of everything Screamadelica has to offer and as such in my opinion this is some of the best work we are likely to be doing.  So new everything?  What does that mean?  Let me break it down.

New Sampler CD

We have just finished work on our very first sampler CD for Bleed Electric.  These guys will be using this to promote themselves all across the music industry and we are very positive about these Samplers doing amazing things for Bleed Electric.  As far as the sampler CD goes we were responsible for recording, engineering, producing, mixing and mastering all of the music heard.  An online version of this sampler is on the Bleed Electric Myspace page so if you go to Bleedelectric.com it will forward you there where you can have a good listen.  The sampler music constitutes one to two track from each of our up and coming albums.

Next we did all of the design work which can be seen below.

As you can see it’s pretty funky and fresh shit!  I am sure you will agree.  We’re really excited to get the printed versions of these back so that we ca check them out in our own hands rather than on the screen.

New Myspace and Twitter Page Designs

As we really loved the sampler CD so much we decided to revamp our Myspace with the new artwork and to create a new Twitter page that represents the same look and feel across all our sites.  You can see the specific design elements below:

New Music

We also have a bunch of new music we have done too.  Two tracks playing at BleedElectric.com that you can check out.   Both are off our radio friendly album “Radio Friendly Unit Shifter”.  The songs are “The Last Night of 1989″ and “Eight Years Late For Dinner”.  “The Last Night of 1989″ is going to have a music video filmed for it starting 21st September that we are directing and editing.  So keep your eyes peeled for that!  We also plan on doing a music video for “Special Weapons and Tactics” which if all goes according to plan will get banned from TV!!
